This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, you play a crucial role in executing service projects and associated activities at the Quebec plant's call center within ABB's Measurement and Analysis division. You coordinate and schedule resources, spare parts, and logistics required for on-site service work, ensuring a smooth process from quotation to billing and final payment. You will be the main point of contact for the client during the execution of service work, optimizing customer satisfaction by fulfilling all obligations and requirements while adhering to health, safety, and environmental measures. • Plan service calls at ABB customer sites. • Maintain service documentation and databases (training documents, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SAP). • Administer SharePoint/Teams sites and groups. • Provide administrative support for purchase orders, service contracts, repairs (RMA), billing, timesheet management, and monthly reports. • Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure local growth, customer satisfaction, and retention; use feedback to drive process and practice development. • Manage all required reports and documents, and ensure timely recording of necessary data in the system.
Qualifications for the role
- 5-10 years of experience in after-sales service as an administrative assistant or service coordinator in high-tech industries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess excellent planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Advanced knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Demonstrate autonomy, professionalism, and initiative.
