R&D Team Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing rigorous quality control tests to ensure our products meet both internal and external standards. Your role will involve close collaboration with the production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Additionally, you will lead root cause analysis investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects. By continuously monitoring and analyzing quality data, you will drive improvements in our processes and contribute to our commitment to excellence. The work model for the role is:onsite This role is contributing to the Technology Center in Brno, Vídeňská, Czech Republic. You will be mainly accountable for: • Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on products and processes. • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement quality control procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. • Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.

Qualifications for the role

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of MV switchgears, its peak performance and related standards
