Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for: • Lead the solution design and provide oversight for development, testing, operational readiness, and implementation of solutions. • Responsible for Design to Release; Solution roll-out; Design Front end, back end, AI components, considering Cyber security aspects, cloud technologies • Define the solution, Guide Data scientist, ML engineers, Prompt engineers and enable successful rollout of the solution, Demonstrate Re-search / experimenting mindset • Algorithm and model Development; Oversee the development and implementation of ma-chine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and drive decision-making • Lead technology demonstrator initiatives on leading Cloud platforms, Evolve Project plan.

Qualifications for the role

• Skills and Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in computer science
• Strong Solution and design expertise in the areas of Data Analytics, AI, GenAI and Rapid application development experience:
• At least 8+ years of experience in Software solution development, with at least 5+ years of exposure in deep tech area, as a data lead cum data specialist
• Must have played role of a specialist and led at least two successful global product / solution rollouts.
• Worked with Agile team, Hands-on experience with recent tools and Technologies (viz., AI engines - LLM , SLM, DevOps, Co-Pilots).
• Exposure in working with global stake holders, while demonstrating technology leadership
