This position reports to

Planning and Fulfillment Team lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for material availability and raw material inventory management. Execute assigned purchase orders according to purchasing requests and standard procedures. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is contributing to Electrification Smart Buildings Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for: •Conducts piece part stock out analysis, identifies root causes and assigns follow-up actions to appropriate value chain function •Selects and optimizes raw material inventory levels to maintain supplies at targeted service levels. Analyzes excess inventory, identifies root cause and assigns follow-up action to appropriate value chain function, inventory counting processes management. •Releases purchase orders, addresses Material Requirement Planner (MRP) action messages, expedites parts and manages quick ship requests. Receiving/Inspection and Customer Care to communicate and expedite materials issues. Conducts Purchase Order Date Management Review •Ensures accuracy of ERP with regard to sourcing rules, supplier lead times, planning time fence, fixed day supply, minimum order quantity etc. You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• You are at ease communicating in English
• Ability to handle multi tasks
• Strong communication and organizing skills
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented
