Your role and responsibilities

ABB currently has a nationwide organization with operations in about twenty locations, which we are now further strengthening with Norrköping/Huskvarna in place. We have the office in Norrköping where we also have a service workshop. In total, there are about 50 service technicians who run the work in the region. You are responsible for service agreements within all of ABB's divisions regionally. Our services are offered from all our different product areas: drive systems, motors & generators, power, robot and control systems. You run agreements with Nyköping, Norrköping, Linköping, Oskarsahamn and other places. Within our service organization, we contribute to optimizing our customers' facilities based on several sustainability factors: reliability, cost-effectiveness, material and energy efficiency, as well as from a health and safety perspective. By having good knowledge of the customer's already installed ABB products, we can offer products and services that are adapted to the customer's situation. Our service offering can include upgrades, studies, analyses, preventive and predictive maintenance, and training. Advanced services such as condition-based maintenance and remote control from our digital Operation Centers are also included in the services we deliver to our customers. In this role, you will work with the delivery and further development of the service agreements together with our customers, which includes: project management (contract management) of the service delivery in existing contracts Business development and maintenance development at the customer and growth of contract operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability To act as the spider in the web, internally and externally for our service agreement deliveries through effective project management an important link between customers and ABB by following up on the customer assignments carried out and proposing and implementing changes The job involves travel in the region to carry out contract follow-up of service agreements with your customers.

Qualifications for the role

  • You probably have a university degree in engineering, economics or equivalent.
  • It is an advantage if you have previously worked with service and maintenance in industry or other large companies, but not a requirement. Alternatively, you have a project management background with an interest in technology, digitalization and business development.
  • You are responsive and communicative in meetings with customers and employees. You take on the role of a natural team leader and team player in our sales and delivery organization through a strong personal drive, business acumen and responsiveness to customer needs. You can easily express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and more formal writing for our service agreements.
