This position reports to
MOSE Local Division Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for: •You will be Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategy by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database. •Promoting value add service product offerings supporting LCM. •Achieving service sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio. •Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. •Ensuring setting, periodic-reviewing, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed. •Analyzing service market potential with complete focus on IB penetration and ensures proper customer relationship management. •Evaluating and shares relevant information on IB data, sales leads, customers and competitors’ solutions, and marketing trends with the team. •Establishing long-term relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding their requirements and relevant regulations and by exhibiting high level of expertise in technical solutions and products. •Ensuring customer satisfaction issues are registered and •Supporting the team by participating in sales activities when needed. •Being Responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status. •Monitoring client’s financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. •Driving health and safety practices in their own unit. •Collaborating with Service sales team and generates and identifies service sales leads by analyzing the IB potential and targeting those new IB opportunities from emerging trends with the Service solutions available. •Leading and developing the Service Sales team to exceed the sales targets through high-performance and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. •Driving sales efficiency by ensuring Service Sales team members possess adequate selling skills.
Qualifications for the role
- Keys To exceed in this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical engineering or business administration & marketing,
- 12+ Years Practical experience in sales or customer service roles is crucial.
- Advanced Degrees master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Certifications: Professional certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP) is an advantage.
- 12+ years of experience in sales roles, 8 years of them in Leadership Roles.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience in the Industries and utility segments
- Work experience in ABB Drives and Motors is an advantage
- Fluent English, speaking, listening, reading and writing. Native Arabic French speaking is a plus
