R&D Product Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}. You will be mainly accountable for: • Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. • Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. • Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. • Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.
Qualifications for the role
- You have over all 6+ years experience & you are immersed in .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, ReactJS
- Must have experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end languages. Should have experience in developing at least one application as a full stack developer
- Ability to demonstrate your experience excellent troubleshooting skills at module, product & system levels using
- any of the tools like DebugDiag, WinDbg ( system internal tools ).
- Deep knowledge of any DCS/PLC/SCADA applications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating High level design documentation for product
- You are passionate about lead others to get the most out of the team as a whole.
- Degree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 60% and above
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You should hold India specific Visa and work permit.
