Your role and responsibilities
• Creates, plans, and implements service sales strategy by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database and Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast future sales on a monthly basis and adjust strategies accordingly to support business growth. • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets by developing and coaching the Motion Service Sales team • Promotes value add service product offerings supporting LCM. • Achieves service sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio. • Participates in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. • Set sales targets, periodic-reviewing, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed. • Evaluates and shares relevant information on IB data, sales leads, customers and competi-tors’ solutions, and marketing trends with the team. • Establishes long-term relationships with key customers and decision makers by understand-ing their requirements and relevant regulations and by exhibiting high level of expertise in technical solutions and products. • Ensures customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to by the team. • Monitors client’s financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.
Qualifications for the role
- 10 years of experience drives and motors sales for Canadian market.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business management or an other relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management, leading a team or managing projects is highly beneficial.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey strategies and feedback.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Knowledge and experience of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
