Sales Operations Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position you will be part of a team, that enables a fact based decision making backbone as well as communication setup for sales operations. This is achieved by providing data transparency, analytics, and supplying tooling for different stakeholders within sales. Cooperation, open communication, proactivity, agility, and ownership are vital for our success. We look for candidates with a good technological background, the curiosity for sales processes and the drive to archive our mission to provide intelligent automation for a better future. About the Role and Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed gap analyses of operational sales processes to identify and address process gaps • Lead and structure projects for the development and implementation of tools and processes to optimize the entire Order-to-Delivery (O2C) process • Lead and coordinate global projects for the implementation of an integrated business planning process and ensure demand-driven production planning • Develop and implement best practices and processes for finished goods inventory management, sales and operations planning (SOP), procurement, and logistics operations • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure project success • Ensure compliance with global and local standards, guidelines, tools, and processes

Qualifications for the role

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Extensive experience in project management and in leading and motivating cross-functional teams and workgroups
• Proven expertise in process optimization, ideally in a sales environment
• In-depth knowledge of the internal structure and organization of B&R is an advantage
• Solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
• Passion for automation and continuous improvement
