Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support our operations using Salesforce and SAP. The work model for the role is hybrid minimum 2-3 days per week. #LI-Hybrid Relocation assistance not eligible for this role. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Houston, TX. You will be mainly accountable for: • Manage and process invoices using Salesforce and SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. • Develop and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Handle order entry tasks, including verifying order details, processing orders, and coordinating with relevant departments. • Maintain and update customer and transaction data in Salesforce and SAP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Generate and analyze reports on sales, invoices, and order statuses to support decision-making processes. • Provide support to customers and internal teams regarding invoice, con-tract, and order-related inquiries. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoice processing, contract creation, and order entry. Qualifications for the role

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, accounting, finance or related field
• Experience with ERP systems; Salesforce and SAP preferred, including data management, reporting, and process automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate towards meeting common team goals
• Strong knowledge of field services processes and accounting practices preferred
• Knowledge of gas measurement and analytical products preferred
• Domestic travel may be required for training purposes about 1-2 weeks per year
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
