Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in the talent acquisition process by ensuring high-quality and efficient recruitment operations. Each day, you will manage job requisitions, publish postings, create candidate longlists, and coordinate interviews while identifying opportunities to improve workflows. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining accurate employee data, preparing reports, and effectively communicating policies to internal customers to ensure process adoption and alignment. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope. The work model for the role is: hybrid. This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring the quality and efficiency of the talent acquisition process by validating job requisition details, publishing job postings, creating candidate longlists, and coordinating interview scheduling to support seamless recruitment operations. • Identifying and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and drive efficiency within the talent acquisition function. • Communicating policies, standards, and updates clearly and concisely to internal customers to ensure understanding and consistent adoption of processes. • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee and organizational data in systems and databases, while preparing reports and validating outputs to ensure high data quality and compliance.
Qualifications for the role
- You have experience working in a target-driven environment within an international corporation, where SLAs and KPIs are closely monitored.
- You have established skills in Talent Acquisition, particularly in managing internships or entry-level positions, which will be a strong asset.
- You are highly adept in using Microsoft Office, with a solid proficiency in Excel.
- You are captivated by delivering solutions and have a collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working across cross-functional teams to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and a demonstrated ability to meet business objectives in dynamic work environments.
- You are fluent in Business English and German, enabling clear communication in an international setting.
