This position reports to

Lead HR Business Partner - India Operation Center

Your role and responsibilities

You will be responsible playing a versatile role in supporting various human resources functions within the INOPC and will be requiring a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various HR responsibilities in a dynamic work environment. You will also be providing operational HR support to both employees and management. The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the India Operation Center – Process Automation at ABB Ability Innovation Center (AIC) located in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Responsible for executing of assessment programs in the assigned business • Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture. • Collaborating with management to address employee feedback and implement improvements • Collaborating with the recruitment team to support the hiring process of third-party conversions • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records • Analyzing HR data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement • This job summary provides a general overview, and specific HR Operation roles may have additional duties based on the organization's needs and industry

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in HR role
• Proven experience in an HR advisory role or similar capacity
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Proficiency in HR tools like SAP, workday, Power BI will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
