PM&Tendering Team Leader-Motor&Generator

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Large Motors and Generators Division in South Korea. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. • Leading the consortium case and project team, establishing the project execution approach, and monitoring & controlling activities for project accomplishment. • Coordinate technical activities of the Parties in order to ensure achievement of overall technical objectives for the Supplies.

Qualifications for the role

• Over 8 years of Project Manager experience
• Experience for system construction including electric motor
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge for electrical theory
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
• Fluency in English to communication with oversea factory engineer, and Korean
