Sales service and project exe-cution leader – MEA – Power Protection
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible to define and Implement marketing and sales strategies specifically aimed at developing market demand for ABB Power Protection solutions (UPS/PCS/STS) (Uninterrupted power supply/ Power conditioning system & Static transfer switch). Ensure the definition of the business plans, annual marketing plans, and marketing strategies according to business targets. The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area based in Dubai UAE. You will be mainly accountable for: •Leading the country's sales targets and ensure tracking & reporting results to the regional Sales leader. •Managing the existing business channel partners and developing new sales channels in the region. •Lead the mapping and development of Data Center accounts & industrial segment in coordination with peers and existing channel partners. •Ensuring processes, policies and documentations required are continuously improved. •Management of large areas and complex customers •Liaising with cross-functional teams on complex projects, complex negotiation processes and / or sales environments. •Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions. •Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. •Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers. •Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. •Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 6-8 years of experience in sales
- Sound knowledge of STS, UPS, PCS and the Data Center, Semiconductor, Infrastructure & general industries market
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Business level in verbal and written English/Arabic
