Finance Team Lead - Transactional Tax

Your role and responsibilities

IIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide tax expertise in one or more areas such as capital structures, legal structures, cross-border reorganizations, transfer pricing, intra-group arrangements, contracting issues, India GST issues, tax accounting and reporting, or any other tax matters, and tax strategies that reflect the overall strategy and global initiatives. Each day, you will act as internal tax advisor for various tax matters of low to medium complexity and coordinate the resolution of tax issues. You will also showcase your expertise by helping identify tax planning opportunities and risks of non-compliance. The work model for the role is:#LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Good working knowledge in India GST, reporting to Tax Operations Team lead • He/she would be responsible for correct and accuracy working of tax liability, filing of tax returns, payments. (GSTR-1, GSTR3B, GSTR2A, ITC-04, DRC-03, GSTR9, GSTR9C & Annexure-1 & 2) • Mapping of Tax GL accounts, Clearing of Tax GL Accounts, and audit compliances as related to domestic as well as overseas countries. • Other responsibilities include of Standardization of Tax Operations Processes, preparation/review of SoP, process flow , work instructions, Business Understanding.

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed engaged with India GST ,SAP. Focus on the shared services/manufacturing market.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills. Must have 2-3 years of experience India GST.
• You are passionate about ,you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office
• Degree in Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• You are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
