FAO Global PMO Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for Project execution (Transitions, M&As coordination, process standardizations and other project initiatives cascaded by the Global PMO Lead), supporting in FAO Change Request Process, Project Change Management and controlling and providing assistance in other areas of PMO (workshop and meeting facilitation, training deployment or toolkit development). The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance business based out in Bangalore-Hebbal. You will be accountable for: • Leading efficiently (or together with other PMO members) projects assigned in the FAO pipeline to accomplish all tasks and milestones in agreed time and budget. • Following the project methodology, allocating properly project tasks, motivating and monitoring direct and indirect stakeholders and reporting the project progress in a transparent and fact-based way • Mantaining the project documentation with action and risk logs, project toolkit, minutes of meetings, reporting decks and lessons learned. • Building a good relationship with Stakeholders effective project governance either by own or together with PM along with motivating and monitoring direct and indirect project resources, supports project communication and change management • Working closely with All FAO Streams (P2P/O2C/R2R/MD), members of GPO, Retained Finance and Business Organizations, as well as other ABB functions (es. IS or HR) if required

Qualifications for the role

• Good knowledge of FAO organization is a must due to ongoing transformation projects and complex Stakeholder management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance operations (P2P/O2C/R2R) OR minimum 1 year experience in project management where FAO was one of the Stakeholders with overall 8 years’ experience
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and effective presentation and communication skills with good comprehension of MS Office tools
• Degree in Mcom/MBA-finance/Bcom with proper documentation and percentage
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach; demonstrated ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and ability to work while meeting tight deadlines for several projects in parallel with virtual teams and stakeholders across all time zones
