This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and configuration instructions. • Translate technical documents, user manuals, and internal communications from English to Chinese and vice versa. • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy. • Organize and structure complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and is consistent in style and format. • Assist in maintaining and updating documentation repositories and version control systems. • Conduct reviews and gather feedback to improve documentation quality.

Qualifications for the role

• Requirements
• Bachelor degree (BSc) / master degree (MSc).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated ability to actively learn and quickly adapt to new technical concepts and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Markdown, or LaTeX.
