Your role and responsibilities

协助组织员工英文提升项目及其他员工活动 使用数字化工具优化现有相关人事流程，协助人员档案资料整理 协助人力资源部的同事处理日常事务（如招聘面试安排，培训后勤工作等） HR经理布置的其它临时任务。（如信息汇总，人事相关记录扫描存档等）

Qualifications for the role

• 专业不限，英文口语佳
• 熟悉office办公软件，会PowerBI等数字化工具优先
• 积极向上，学习意愿和学习能力强
• 良好的团队合作和沟通能力
• 良好的中英文读写能力
