Your role and responsibilities

IAs a Product Specialist for Integrated Motor Drives, you will be accountable for the portfolio gobally and drive the business development and growth. You will contribute to product strategy definition, translate business strategy and market requirements into portfolio roadmap and support business development and customer acquisition with technical expertise. Your role will involve close collaboration with R&D, sales, and regional teams to ensure our solutions meet evolving customer needs and remain competitive in a dynamic market. You will also drive training and communication strategies to support sales with the right value proposition and product knowledge. The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the IEC LV Motors division globally. Location for the role is purely global - we accept applications worldwide. You will be mainly accountable for: • Analyzing global market, customer, technology, and competitor trends to guide portfolio direction and innovation. • Defining new offerings, leading market requirement and business case development, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Establishing market segmentation, positioning, and value propositions, and leading product communication, training and launch initiatives. • Providing expert support to sales and other functions to ensure effective product understanding, customer acquisition and business development. Willingness to travel is required (around 15%).

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, sales, or marketing - preferably in the area of industrial electric motor and drives or mechanical equipment.
  • Solid understanding of motor technologies, motor control and power electronics.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical insight with strategic and commercial thinking.
  • Ability to develop a solid international network within the organization and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver business results.
  • Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills with a structured approach to portfolio analysis and development.
  • Collaborative, global mindset with proficient communication skills and the ability to work across functions and regions.
