This position reports to
HSE Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Organizes technical training programs for internal and external customers related to products, systems, and/or technologies in accordance with contract(s) and budget. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • Prepares training materials and equipment needed for new product trainings and manages training delivery using correct products and materials. • Assists in identifying / deciding appropriate training courses for customers and contributes to the determining of prices for standard and customized courses. • Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satis-faction through trainings and supporting processes. • Gathers / makes arrangement for products, tools, peripherals, and documentation needed for training courses.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year experience OR Associate’s degree with minimum 3 years experience OR High School Diploma with minimum 5 years experience.
- Preferred Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Includes:
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) – Regulations & Legal Compliance – Technical support and services – Technical Training – Process Improvement & Optimization – Project Management – Quality Management – General Sales Practices
- Lean Six Sigma – PMP – CSP – Certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint – SAP
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
