Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Customer Service Sales in Barcelona, Spain. Main stakeholders are Service Sales Manager. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the local Sales organization in the preparation of commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives • Collaborate with sales team and other departments, such as marketing/communication, actively helping to improve sales procedures • Monitor the status of submitted offers and follow up with customers, resolving questions and providing customers with additional information • Maintain and update customer databases • Attend local and global meetings proactively You will join a stable, communicative, diverse, and proactive team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role
- You enjoy working with Sap and Salesforce and are engaged with the Automotive, Food & Beverage, Logistics and General industries market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in after-sales service or customer service and the relevant administrative procedures
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Sap or Salesforce
- You are passionate about technology, technical products and services and ability to develop and manage customer relationships working as a team
- Proven experience of business administration and management / accounting and finance
- You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English
