Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative whose main goal will be to meet or exceed defined sales targets by implementing strategies developed in collaboration with the Account Manager and the Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and developing new accounts within a defined territory. Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, they apply strategies established with the leadership team to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities: • Maintain a strong presence within the assigned territory. • Promote the full range of ELIP unit products intended for the retail market. • Maintain relationships with existing clients. • Identify new business opportunities. • Open new customer accounts. • Coordinate the implementation of planograms in stores, providing a turnkey service.

Qualifications for the role

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record.
  • College diploma in a technical field or business administration.
  • Experience in sales and customer relations.
  • Understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and equipment.
  • Good knowledge of electrical product needs in the retail market.
  • Valid driver’s license.
