Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver and implement analytics strategy in one or more functional areas in alignment with business stakeholders. Each day, you will build and maintain large-scale statistical models that turn billions of data points into insights and actions. You will also showcase your expertise by driving data-driven strategy and decision making for predictive analytics and optimization by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for: • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design of AI-driven solutions, overseeing development, testing, operational readiness, and final implementation. • Technical Ownership: Manage the entire solution lifecycle from design to release, including front-end, back-end, AI components, cybersecurity considerations, and cloud technologies. • Team Leadership & Guidance: Define AI solutions, guide Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Prompt Engineers, fostering a research-oriented and experimental mindset. • Algorithm & Model Development: Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Data Management & Model Training: Handle the full data lifecycle collection, preprocessing, labeling, augmentation, storage and lead model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation for accuracy and robustness. • Integration & Deployment: Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within existing systems, coordinating deployment with DevOps teams while maintaining efficient monitoring and management. • Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, driving continuous improvements for enhanced AI capabilities and optimized processes. Qualifications for the role

• At least 8+ years of experience in software solution development, with at least 5+ years of exposure to deep tech as a data lead and data specialist.
• Strong expertise in solution design in the areas of data analytics, AI, GenAI, and rapid application development.
• Must have played the role of a specialist and led at least two successful global product/solution rollouts.
• Experience working with Agile teams, with hands-on expertise in recent tools and technologies (e.g., AI engines—LLM, SLM, DevOps, and Copilots).
• Exposure to working with global stakeholders while demonstrating technology leadership.
• Engineering graduate or a Master's degree in Computer Science.
