Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior User Experience Specialist, you'll be working with Process Automation's (PA) UX team to transform the way industries will experience analytics, insight, and technology. You will create experiences that will help the entire enterprise focus on their business and operations fostering optimization, safety, across their functions. The work model for the role is : #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for: • Adopting an iterative UX lifecycle covering all aspects of analyze, design, prototype and evaluate while also ensuring tight coordination with the software development lifecycle. • Identifying and categorizing different user personas for the platform and applications with the aim of tailoring and defining the user experience, user interface, navigation, and workflows to suit their respective roles. • Checking the categorization of information and the coherent organizational structure of the information architecture to support human-computer interaction, high-usability, accessibility, and user-friendliness. • Identifying UI/UX design patterns to organize matter for usability improvement, minimal interactions for navigation, simplified data entry, minimized errors and enhanced user experience.

Qualifications for the role

• B. Des/M. Des in Interaction Design or Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences, Library Science, Information Computer Technology, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Industrial Design, HCI - or equivalent work experience.
• Required 6+ years of experience in User Experience Design and handling UX deliverables, from personas & storyboards to information architecture, concept sketching, interaction design and wireframes.
• Proficiency in Figma and the ability to quickly pick up new tools.
• Should have ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Portfolio that showcases you as a UX Analyst. It should convey:
• the kind of problems you’ve worked on solving, the types or projects and products you have worked on, what you in particular have contributed, your style of communicating design, the quality of artefacts like Wireframes, Flows, User Journey Maps, Personas.
