This position reports to

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams. You will be mainly accountable for: • Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) project and support on the tooling design, working instruction and drawings • Participate in lean projects and support on the process timing (take video, calculate the time…) & improvement activities • Flow chart design for some operation process • Support on the implementation of ECR/ECN • Product test • Nameplate design and auto-printing • Document translation

Qualifications for the role

• Electronics or engineering or testing background
• Good CAD and English skill
• Positive and continuous learning attitude
• Be willing to communicate with team when the roadblock comes
• Be self-motivated
