This position reports to

HSE Manager

Your role and responsibilities

− Lead to implement and maintain company HSE management system to comply with ISO14001& ISO45001 & ISO 50001 & safety standardization. − Identify, assess and implement the related HSE laws and regulations, and keep effective communication with government.Collaborate with supported functions and business partners to drive HSE performance. − Facilitates HSE risk assessment conducted by the line management and ensures all necessary preventive measures against the identified hazards are implemented. − Provide analysis of HSE data. Report the progress of key performance indicators (KPI) as required. Organize and support the HSE incidents’ investigation with supported departments and reports to the management and relevant stakeholders and takes appropriate actions. − Assists the management team in understanding their obligations, liabilities, and requirements for role fulfillment, as per local HSE laws and group/business-specific requirements. − Organize and implement the annual HSE training & work plan. Implement safety inspection/audit plan and make sure all findings can be timely closed. − Organize, implement and improve the emergency reaction plan. Monitor and improve contractor safety management according to applicable HSE requirements. − Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Qualifications for the role

• − A Bachelor’s degree in relative Safety engineering.
• − 3-5 years of HSE management experience in manufacturing or project site.
• − Good understanding on ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standard, methodology and tools.
• − Familiar with Chinese safety and environment laws and policies.
• − Familiar with electrical and machinery safety standards.
• − Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
• − Good oral and written English ability.
• − A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
