Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support ABB’s businesses, collaborate with different leaders and teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by your leader. You will also aspire to achieve your career goals by participating in professional development. The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid This role is contributing to the Service Division. You will be mainly accountable for: • Takes a lead role to propose consulting services and solutions to meet the customer's needs. • Actively participates in customer discussions; preparing technical proposals; techno-commercial negotiations; co-creation workshops with customers; technical guidance for the customer etc. • Develops relationships and actively maintains a technical knowledge exchange with key technical contacts. • Coaches and develops consultants to deliver assignments and provides technical guidance to colleagues. • Applies standard processes and tools applicable to their own area of responsibility About the program: In our EMEA ELSE Discovery Trainee Program, you will develop a skills necessary to kickstart a career in Service division in ABB. As a trainee you will be a part of community, and you will participate in activities with other trainees like taking parts in trainings to enhance soft & technical skills, meeting project deadlines, and engaging in diverse social and team-building activities to expand your network within ABB. Throughout the program you will also receive support from Program Lead.

Qualifications for the role

• University graduates with no more than 2 years working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech
• A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
• Education in electrical engineering
