This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the implementation of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit as part of a team. This includes quality culture, systems, tools and competent teams, with the aim of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. At the same time, you will help to ensure sustainable operation. Every day, you'll help the organization achieve the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, rapid response, and sustainable problem solving. You will demonstrate your expertise by working with local functions that impact quality results to achieve organizational unit goals and strive for best-in-class performance. Furthermore, you will carry out the audits at selected suppliers.

Among other things, you will be responsible for:

• Plan and conduct supplier audits.
• Support in the continuous identification and management of risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization.
• Using high-quality data analytics from the enterprise to identify risks, errors, and non-conformities, and then sustainably improve the solution through robust root cause analysis and the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
• Collaboration with relevant departments to achieve quality objectives.

Qualifications for the role (mandatory)

• Degree from a technical college or university or university of applied sciences in the field of plastics or process optimization
• They enjoy working with proven quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa
• You have >2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have an extended knowledge of ISO 9001, complaint processing and auditing of processes and suppliers.
• German Fluent in Business
• English Very good
