This position reports to
Area Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers. • Market mapping and building a partner network within the assigned sales area. • Active sales of robots, standard functional packages, and projects from the ABB Robotics portfolio. • Collaboration with the entire team to deliver the best possible and tailored offers for customers in the assigned area. • Regular reporting of work and active tracking of progress. • Cooperation with the global team (GKAM – Global Key Account Manager, Global Application Centers) in developing solutions for local business units of ABB Robotics Global Accounts • Preparing and conducting sales meetings and presentations, online events, and participation in industry events.
Qualifications for the role
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: Automation, Robotics, Mechanics and Machine Building, or related).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. automation market.
- Very good knowledge of the industrial robotics market in Poland – knowledge of trends, development directions, and technologies.
- Experience in building business relationships with individuals and organizations of diverse business profiles.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Ability to concisely report on your work, present key conclusions, and define action plans.
- Highly developed communication skills, experience in conducting presentations (sales presentations/conferences).
- Very good command of English.
