Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- Being accountable for layout design for eHouse and skids, including general arrangement, foundation interface plan, lifting plan etc.
- Being accountable for design of housing service and auxiliary systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm and suppresion system, communication panel etc.
- Conduct the technical discussion on project with customer to understand the engineering input, and make technical queries, deviations and change notes as needed.
- Monitor vendor technical compliance during project lifecycle and review the drawings and other document submittal from vendors.
- Notify to the Project Manager of any changes, difficulties encountered during engineering and design that may impact safety, reliability, quality, cost, or schedule of the ABB project deliverables, and provide recommendations for solutions.
- provide technical support in whole project lifecycle including fabrication, testing & commissioning as well as after sales service.
- echnical support during bidding stage when needed
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Min. Education Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical, structural or mechatronics or similar engineering discipline.
- Working Experience 5 years or above mechanical design experience
- Housing mechanical and structure design experience will be preferred
- switchgear mechanical design experience will be a plus
- Functional Knowledge/Skill Solidworks is MUST
- Familiar with PC application Software’s, Solidworks,AutoCad, MS Office
- Language Skill Fluent in written and reading English, capable to use English to communicate Orally for daily working tasks.
- Personality Open minded, Curious, Collaborative
