In this dynamic role, you will leads marketing and sales for the AC Chargers portfolio across assigned markets, aiming to boost sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction. Develops and executes market-driven strategies, including direct and third-party sales, while fostering cross-regional and cross-divisional collaboration. Proactively drives business development in strategic countries and provides expert support to ensure profitable growth and alignment with the division’s long-term strategy.
Location
This role is open for locations such as: Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Japan. The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and value propositions aligned with global marketing goals.
Identifying and developing new market opportunities, ensuring profitable growth through business plans, segment focus, and cross-regional collaboration.
Understanding customer needs, promoting value-based solutions, and enhancing satisfaction through surveys, visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Product teams to ensure operational efficiency, effective product launches, and customer delivery satisfaction.
Upholding ABB’s core values, safety standards, and code of conduct, ensuring integrity and regulatory compliance across all activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in portfolio management, go-to-market strategy, and business development within a technical or industrial environment.
Ability to evaluate market trends, define business plans, and drive performance metrics such as NPS, margin growth, and inventory turnover.
Demonstrated success in building customer relationships, understanding market needs, and delivering high satisfaction.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Familiarity with legal, safety, and ethical standards in a global business context, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations.
