This Position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

-Be responsible for IE related work in the AME department

-Assist in the on-site 5S standardization customization and the optimization of production line layout

-Assist in completing capacity assessment and planning

-Assist in the implementation of MES for factory digitalization and the improvement of automation technology

Qualifications for the Role

-Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering is preferred; Fresh graduates of 2025 and 2026

-At least meet the requirements of continuous internship in July and August, with an attendance of more than 3 days per week.

-Proficient in AutoCAD and office software.

-Excellent communication and teamwork.
