This Position reports to:

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Lead and implement test plans, set priorities, and optimize resource allocation.
• Train and support new team members in testing operations and procedures.
• Manage, verify, and update technical documentation related to testing activities.
• Propose improvements to testing methods based on expertise and industry trends.
• Assist external certification inspectors during product testing.
• Ensure proper prototype assembly, accurate test execution, and thorough documentation.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial testing or laboratory environments.
• Strong knowledge of oscilloscopes, test bench development, and supplier coordination.
• B2 level in English (spoken, written, and read).
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.
