Your role and responsibilities
We will be responsible for maintaining existing customers (both direct and agency sales), account management, improving relationships to increase sales, and connecting them to new sales. The candidate will be in charge of several dozen customers, including distributors. We will analyze the market and listen to the needs of the customers to find out the possibility of expansion of existing customers. We expect you to develop your own strategies to develop new customers, such as proposing products that have been successfully proposed to other companies in the same industry. The Business Development team will not be in charge of new business development, The new business development team (Business Development team) is not in charge of new business development, but is expected to explore industries and companies that may have opportunities for expansion and approach them. └The Business Development team will focus on the hottest industries (data centers, semiconductors, etc.) The team will be in charge of a 500 million yen/year business.
Qualifications for the role
- University graduate or above
- Native level Japanese, English reading and writing
- Knowledge of the electrical products business
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales specialist
- Direct communication experience with Japanese industrial customers and overseas suppliers (preferred)
