Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite
This role is contributing to the ABB - Electrification Business for Smart Building Division, Sales & Marketing Function, for Bangladesh region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Sells products, systems, and services to achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Builds and maintains effective customer relationships to understand needs, align solutions, and communicate ABB’s value proposition.
- Identifies and develops new market opportunities, prepares sales plans and offers, and manages administrative sales processes including cash collection support.
- Ensures technical and financial accuracy in offers and proposals, using effective sales techniques to drive successful transactions and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the role
- Required 5+Years of experience in Sales & Development of Switchgear products
- Any Degree from Electrical & Electronics steam
- Will to travel across the country
- Strong communication & negotiation skill
- should have a strong knowledge about the switchgear products
