This Position reports to:
Global HR Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be in charge of the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy. In this role you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services. You will also be responsible for supporting people and HR-related matters for the factory located in Tremezzina (CO) and for the PAMA Division’s Function located in Sesto San Giovanni (MI)

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
Support the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
Partner with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
Facilitate change management initiati
ves and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective area of responsibility.
Qualifications for the Role
Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR field, with exposure to core HR processes and practices.
Solid knowledge of labor law, with the ability to apply legal principles in HR practices and employee relations.
Proficient in HR systems such as SAP and Workday, with a general understanding of Compensation & Benefits frameworks (e.g., grading, pay, incentive plans).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and a passion for people development
Fluent in English and Italian.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, or Business Administration.
