Your Role: Own the Challenge

As an agile Project Manager (PJM) / Component Owner (CO) Controls, you will have the primary responsibility for the component. You are for agile projects / the Component Team’s (CT) primary customer advocate and primary link to product and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the component.

As PJM/CO Controls, you will contribute to long-term profitable growth of our portfolio in PG Controls. The scope in this Job will be especially the development and life cycle management in the area of our PLC, IO and Machine Vision Systems. Therefore, you will closely work with our Product Owner, Product Managers, external partners and the CT to managing it through all its life cycle phases, according to market needs, product strategy and targets.

Further:

• Operational responsibility of the agile projects / CT components of a product through the whole life cycle

• Managing and prioritizing the Backlog

• Connecting with the relevant internal and external stakeholders

• Contributing to the Vision and Roadmap, by ensuring the the fulfilment of the market needs and the quality of the component

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Technical degree and/or >2 years’ experience with Industrial Automation solutions.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask, with good planning skills

• Experience in an agile development setup

• A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a structured approach to tasks

• Experience with SAP advantageous

• Basic English skills

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4.341,85 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
