Key responsibilities

In this role as an Order Handling Specialist (m/f/d), you will have a customer-focused position within a motivated team. You will support the achievement of commercial goals and contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction. Your innovative ideas are welcome and encouraged. Your main responsibilities:

• General support for order processing of customer orders for motors and frequency converters in all billing-related matters

• Monthly review of the invoice backlog to ensure revenue

• Ensuring timely revenue recognition in compliance with tax regulations and partial payments

• Handling customer complaints regarding issued invoices

• Accounts receivable management in coordination with customers and accounts receivable accounting

• Processing of clarification cases and clearing of customer accounts

• Processing of customer debits and supplier invoices, issuing credit notes and cancellation invoices

Qualifications for the role

• Commercial training in an industrial environment

• Several years of experience in advising customers with the provision of solution proposals beyond routine coordination, as well as participation in projects

• Knowledge and experience in tax-related topics and tax scenarios is an advantage

• Proficient in using common MS Office products

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Working in a team and coordinating with other related departments (sales/technical support, business controlling) is a given for you

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
