This Position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager


Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role you will have the opportunity to improve and design Warehouse & Internal Logistics processes. Each day, you will coordinate and develop warehouse performance and accuracy maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by action plans implementation based on lean tools to the warehouse processes and looking everyday to achieve internal goals and support production lines.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines

  • Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.

  • Warehouse Optimization and Inventory Management through process flow improvement according operation needs.

  • Daily Production Lines Support by DOR meetings and GEMBA walks in assigned areas.

  • Coordinate Warehouse Operations to supply every part by replenishment systems such as Kanban, Pick lists, etc. to help service level.

  • Ensure fulfillment of Critical Processes in Warehouse Monitor for Inventory Accuracy Maintenance.

  • Following of Post-processing SAP errors to guarantee Inventory Balance in plant.

  • Using Problem Solving Tools to create action plans for process improvement, new ones definition and waste reduction.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or similar.

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Ability to demonstrate your experience 2 years or more in Warehouse and Inventory Management.

  • Knowledge of industrial warehouse safety principles (critical forklift points, key safety rules, and warehouse regulations).

  • Knowledge of supply chain planning and how the supply chain works.

  • Knowledge of lean tools and root cause analysis.

  • Knowledge of ERP Systems such as SAP, MAPICS, Oracle, BPCS or related.

  • Experience in People Management ( +20 Blue Collar)

  • Intermediate English level.
