Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Templafy, providing consultancy on template creation, document automation, and best practices. • Coordinates incidents, requests, and changes related to Templafy, managing escalations as needed. • Works closely with the software packaging and distribution team to manage Templafy deployments and updates. • Reviews service management SLAs related to Templafy and identifies opportunities for improvement. • Plans and executes regression testing for new deployments, including quarterly and ad-hoc testing for major updates. • Supports and trains Templafy Super Users (Template Designers) on template creation and customization. • Manages platform administration, including Azure App Register configurations and internal content access controls. • Oversees Azure DevOps activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking.

Qualifications for the role

• University degree in Information technologies or similar
• At least 4 years of experience in application management and support.
• Experience with Templafy or other document automation/template management platforms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other agile project management tools for tracking user stories, bugs, and testing.
• Previous involvement in user training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ideally ITIL v4 Foundation certificate or other ITIL training.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
