Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the HR function of the Career Pilot in ELSP , working in a global organization.
You will collaborate with the global HR of the agile organization to assist in two main area:
data management and reporting.
supporting the project “Career pilot” with data management, compensation reports and analysis.
You will be mainly supporting the following processes and performing the following activities and tasks:
Contributing to the successful implementation of a new career framework and Workday platform for the Agile organization, through a direct involvement in managing and keeping updated “HR Tracker” file. It is collecting all information on the 1.100 employees of the agile organization and need to be updated every month and checked with information coming from Workday and going to other systems.
Tracking file for the career pilot including data analysis and skills tracking for all the employees in the pilot.
Monthly invoice processing for the provided used.
Managing data and reporting for HR processes.
This position reports HR for agile organization in Smart Power Division
Qualifications for the role:
Master’s degree in human resources, Economics, IS or a related field.
Interest and passion in HR roles, ideally in an international setting with open minded vision; familiarity with agile environment would be considered a plus .
Strong multitasking abilities with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, able to address and integrate new ideas and feedback.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
