Your role and responsibilities:
As Sales Support - Head of Project Management in Baden, you lead our Project & Solutions Team and are central to the success of our customer projects in the field of energy distribution and building infrastructure. You ensure that projects are executed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest quality—from the initial customer inquiry and offer preparation to delivery and billing.

Your main responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Project & Solutions Team, ensuring coaching, performance management, and continuous employee growth.
Independently manage projects from the offer stage to completion across the entire value chain, ensuring project excellence through monitoring of KPIs (cost, quality, time), process optimization, and claims/quality management.
Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships, including contract and delivery coordination, while identifying growth and service potential, networking within ABB, and contributing to digital tools and solutions.
Support delivery and logistics activities in close coordination with procurement and product management and develop and implement the overall project management strategy.
Qualifications for the role:
Proven leadership experience and experience in developing employees; independent, customer- and sales-oriented working style.
Basic education in electrical engineering with practical experience in switchgear or system business, ideally as a project manager; process- and organization-oriented in a technical environment.
Further education in electrical engineering or business administration is an advantage.
Structured, methodical working style, even under high workload; passion for innovation, improvement, and creative, solution-oriented approaches.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP; experience with digital tools is an advantage.
Excellent German skills; English at least B1, French is an advantage.
Experience working in a global environment.
