Project Lead Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute technical assignments. Each day, you will deliver technical solutions as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the development of technical expertise solutions and services. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco. You will be mainly accountable for: • Determining offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet customer requirements. • Working independently using solid competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues. • Supporting technical reviews and participating in core technical meetings. • Coordinating technical support for the resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications for the role

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree preferrably in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
• SAP management and knowledge
• Microsoft Office management
• Strong knowledge in motors
• Lean knowledge, and preferrably experience or participation in savings or improvement projects
• Advanced English communication skills
