This Position reports to:
IS Service OwnerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

This role is contributing to the IS Service in Bangalore .
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of IS services in alignment with the service roadmap defined by the Service Owner
- Coordinate operational activities across internal teams and vendors to maintain service performance and availability
- Monitor service KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics; proactively identify and resolve service issues
- Support Change-management and communication efforts related to service operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into actionable service improvements
- Assist in budget tracking and cost control for operational activities
- Review vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Qualifications for the role :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in IS operations or service delivery roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience in global service environments preferred
