At ABB Marine & Ports, you’ll work on innovative solutions that prepare ports and vessels for the energy transition — from shore power and hybrid systems to smart automation. In this role, you’ll combine technology, commercial insight, and sustainability in an international context.

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients in the maritime sector — from shipyards to shipping companies. You’ll advise on technical solutions, build strong relationships, and identify new opportunities. You’ll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and international colleagues to deliver projects from start to finish.

You’ll be working on:

  • Selling services, upgrades, and new installations (such as shore power and battery efficiency solutions)
  • Preparing quotations and customer proposals
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
  • Identifying market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that truly work

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or commercial field
  • Affinity with electrical engineering, automation, or the maritime industry
  • A solution-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity, independence, and a collaborative spirit
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
