This Position reports to:
Procurement Team LeadYour role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for accurately recording customer purchase orders in the order management system. Each day, you will ensure timely cross-functional issue resolution, including order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders. You will also showcase your expertise by utilizing the necessary tools and adhering to Service Level Agreements.

This role is contributing to the Motion/MOSE/Operations for Singapore & Office Location Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supports internal and external customers through swift and precise order entry and issue resolution.
Understanding customer requirements, and appropriate booking of orders according to customer request and quoted scope.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone regarding motors and drives, including quotation preparation, model sizing, price checks, and pipeline tracking using tools such as Motsize, Drive size, CQP, OneCare, BOL, OMS, Salesforce, etc.
Generating and sending order acknowledgments to customers. Responding to expediting requests and delivery updates.
Expediting customer orders with suppliers, in coordination with purchasing team. Resolving invoice disputes in CFIN.
Liaise with factory teams for technical clarifications, pricing, and service support. Prepare quotes, contracts, and proposals for motor and drive replacements, spare parts, and service-related requests
Prepare full cost models and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Track order progress to ensure complete and on time delivery, ensuring correct address, delivery instructions, materials and pricing.
Qualifications for the role :
You are highly skilled in Sales Order process and the Motion Service market
You have 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales Order process
Possess an enhanced knowledge of or Highly adept in Ariba , Service now , Salesforce & SAP MM
B.E in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics etc & Extensive knowledge of Motions - Drives & Motors
You are at ease communicating in English
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
