Your Role & Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of planning strategies at B&R Automation. As an S&OP Specialist Forecast & Data/Processes (f/m/d), you will play a key role in advancing our forecasting and fulfillment processes. Your work will directly contribute to improving delivery performance and aligning our company strategically.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
Create and automate statistical forecasts in SAP IBP based on sales data
Data cleansing: identify and correct outliers, missing values, or unusual spikes
Participate in monthly S&OP workshops to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Support the optimization of end-to-end processes and manage master data in production planning

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Experience with SAP ERP (PP module), SAP IBP, PP/DS or similar planning software
Knowledge of Python, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of budget and performance management
Experience in data analysis & reporting as well as project management
Skill in inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes
Ability for resource planning and capacity control
Structured working style, initiative, and team spirit
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853,78 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be happy to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
