Our Trainee Program is designed to equip you with the essential skills for a future role as a Quality Engineer (possibility is another future role according to trainee program), with a strong focus on factory processes and operations. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to work on real projects that make a difference.

The work model for the role is: onsite

As a trainee, you’ll rotate through key departments to gain a broad understanding of our operations and build a strong foundation for your future career. Your tasks will include:

• Support in the area of quality, project management and engineering (1-3 months in each department)

• Working with the technical documentation for Medium Voltage switchgears

• Following up the project from beginning to the delivery

• Administration and other tasks according to current needs

• Are about to complete or have recently completed a technical degree

• Have a clear interest in Quality, Processes, Project Management, or Engineering

• Communicate confidently in Czech and English, both written and spoken

• Are self-driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented

• Can adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively

• Are highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow
