This Position reports to:

Business Manager - Commercial&Operations


Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will represent global divisions within Mexico to drive sales and market growth. You will oversee sales and marketing activities and support the Sales organization in promoting and selling products and services. You will also define, plan, and implement product marketing strategies aligned with the global product strategy.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.


This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in alignment with global strategy.
  • Drive achievement of key metrics such as total demand orders (ABB and third-party), gross margin %, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turnover of finished goods, and on-time delivery.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, define strategic actions, and coordinate initiatives across local divisions and business units.
  • Ensure balanced growth across product lines and business units by promoting technical solutions and applying a value-based selling approach.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial experience with medium and low voltage electrification products (Legacy GE portfolio, ABB portfolio, ANSI, UL, IEC).
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Proven ability to evaluate opportunities across different business areas and factories.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience with LAPEM certification is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.
