Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• Responsible for hardware part design of DCS product development.
• Electronics component evaluation.
• Provide support to solve technical issues in product functional, EMC, Climate test and other tests. Provide technical support through whole life cycle of the product, from development to production and maintenance.
• Build up communication network within R&D (cross-location) and other collaboration departments (cross-function)

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Working experience in HW development: 5+ years. Experienced both in analog and digital circuit design. Experienced in MCU/CPU platform selection and application based on product requirement.
• Analytical skills to solve problems generally. Good understanding on EMC design / verification. Understanding on industrial electronics products from whole life cycle view. Understanding on principle of component selection. Understanding on electronics product DFM (Design for manufacturing), DFT
• Knowledge of fieldbus Device (wireless hart/FF/ Profibus PA etc..) or similar products.
• Work experience in industrial, automotive or medical electronics. Experience in project management of electronics product development. Understanding on firmware, mechanical design and production. Experienced in FPGA design. VHDL coding related simulation is preferred.
• Master hardware simulation. For example, LTspice.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
